@hanshansen3885 A prohibited person purchasing a gun is the crime. It's 72 months average for a prohibited person carrying or attempting to purchase a firearm. But that is nice deflection, I see you are one of the "educated".

@commonsenseincalifornia2579 Hunter's lap top had thousands of photos of him using drugs, dated and time stamped at the same time he attempted to purchase the firearm. There are photos of him holding a crack pipe and a firearm. They are meaningless liars and nothing but tin men and scarecrows. Further, Hunter was discharged because he failed a drug test, that alone makes him a prohibited person.
