We don't need to supplement anything Congressman, we need to stop funding the illegals now. Then the money that was earmarked for disaster relief could be spent where it was intended in the first place. How do you politicians run your own bank accounts? Are you always broke and have to get loans from other people to survive in your own household? Stop running the country like there is an infinite amount of cash you don't fund to spend. This is considered Fraud, Waste, and Abuse. Stop funding Housing, clothing, food, medical, etc for the illegal immigrants who are acting like bums taking money from the coffers they never paid into. Since when do we fund people to leave their own country and go on a never-ending vacation on the taxpayer's dime. Give me a break with this broken A$$ government that has failed at every turn.
