  9. kkg47 Noted amigo...but i visited and stayed in Kerala in 2013 for 3 mths and i saw there was rubbish everywhere in the streets...i know they dont bother about throwing the rubbish there properly...they are more worried about me smoking by the roadside and scolding me because its illegal to smoke in public roads more than catching litterbugs! mentality there has to change for the better!
