Real question can the state match or exceed San Pasqual’s results? Trying to see both sides... I see that they have a high school so this suggest they are high school aged kids. At that age, they are not likely to find a family. The system seems to work with 93% getting diplomas and GED. At the same time, it looks like a business to house and educate kids. Former Gov Brown tried a one size fits all approach to the issue. I would like to know if there’s any abuse or inappropriate issues at the academy.
