  1. (tiny violin) 🎻🎼🎼🎼 The lady owns several properties and she can’t let up for a couple months during a crisis. Tenants have been paying absurdly high rents for years with annual increases of 2-5% a year regardless of economy. It’s the reason San Diego and California has homeless issues and night crimes. I live in a 1 brim apt unit since 1994. Never moved. When I moved in my rent was $550/month. Now, it’s $1660/month. I’m still working and my rent is paid up but I have to work two jobs to pay it. Sorry, she can’t make her numbers but with stores and bars in the same predicament, she doesn’t have a monopoly on pain and suffering. Her tenants have more money than she does....🤣
