Nah, most of those "allies" are addicted to Chinese trade. And they aren't showing any signs of slowing. Disappointed with their attitude

That diamond necklace isn't what it seems. I've heard of it, but it isn't taking shape and it is only promoted by Indian media. Which isn't realistic
12
@zachweaverproductions2523 In my opinion, the CCP seems to think artificial intelligence and technology will carry China from one strength to another. That's why they've invested billions into emerging technologies. More than the US actually. That's one thing russia was never able to do

In terms of drones, china is one of the leading countries. They've released drone carriers powered by AI and a fleet of VTOL drones were found on shandong deck a month ago.
7
In terms of manufacturing for foreign countries, automation will boost Chinese production massively. The problem is Chinas shrinking consumption. That is how demographics will affect China. Not productivity, but consumption
4
@yourmomgoestocollege9617 Easy to choose? Tell that to India, south korea, the Philippines and basically everyone who is a US "ally", but can't stop trading with China.
3
@napobg6842 If you really needed "context" for that topic, you actually know nothing about the geopolitical state of Asia, yet you still ramble about it like you know a lot.
3
@zachweaverproductions2523 Exactly. AI won't solve china's issues. Although the your last point was just a decade old stereotype that you remember from the early 2000s. China doesn't just "steal" technology and in some cases, they've surpassed the US. China can and is innovating. That's been the case for at least 5 years now. Although it seems it will take at least 20 years for people to realise that But that's going to cause a huge disagreement between us two because you think like one of the "China steals and can't do anything" people and I don't. I agree with you on everything, china's demography is unsolvable. They have to make a move now. They won't dominate the Pacific. (But they innovate and develop their own technology now)

@ddobry21 Nope but they make a tonne of electronic components in Samsung devices. LOL, I've done that multiple times and they've all fallen straight into it Your reply ain't different

Everyone is scared to compare China to anyone other than Germany or Japan. In truth, current day China is more like 1940s USA. Navy growing rapidly, competent industry? Japan didn't have that, Germany didn't have that. Just because they were the "bad guys" doesn't mean we have to compare China to them and no one else.
2
That's what people said about the US before WW1 and WW2, wouldn't expect you to know that lol
2
No they won't. They've said that for 20 years. Progress has still been slow. India isn't the rising star people want it to be.
2
@starchild5793 China's DJI drones have proved extremely effective in Ukraine. Have no idea what you are on
2
Lol wishful thinking, shaped into old man facts
2
@ddobry21 Nope, fell straight in AGAIN lol. China makes chips that are bigger but used much more in consumer electronics. And rapidly growing semiconductor industry gets a chunk of its profits from where? Samsung. And on your initial point, Chinese quality isn't even bad anymore. That's just a decade old stereotype that you people latch onto
1
Lol the US used their industry to shit out a tonne of ships in ww2 as well. Make another excuse to why that's different Fitz
1
@shanefitzpatrick8377 Well, duh?? Back then, carriers and all ships were much more simple. The US had thousands of ships and now they have around 300. You US could shit out a tonne of big ships because the technology was not advanced, it was steel and gun. And then you go back to make a baseless prediction about how china's ships will be ineffective. So predictable like the rest of em Not the sharpest are you Fitz?
1
Let's not forget that the Chinese built your phone. Deny it, you will
1
Well, I wouldn't underestimate them. That's what the Pentagon said
1
It's something Indian channels like doing. Hypothetical and wishful thinking about how India will kick the US out the international ocean and successfully invade China over the himalayas in time for diwali
1
@ddobry21 They didn't "sell" Russia those tires and besides, those tires were for commercial use. Not for a military vehicle. Get out your bubble of cowardice and comfort, or keep licking up those STEREOTYPES. I mean some people are just born soft and a little weak. They can't really take the truth, and they stay inside their little bubble of delusion. PS, your comments are being deleted on my screen. I can't read your comments directly. This happens to many people.
1
@zachweaverproductions2523 I think that's what is happening, china is surpassing the US in artificial intelligence and other technology like that. But let's not remember their DEMOGRAPHICS.
1
@CHixon Nice crystal ball buddy
1
@DESIPLAINES You can't count very well. Not surprised as most Indians are very poorly educated, which is why they are so easily fooled. I'm not sorry about popping your bubble.
1
@markfiedler9415 Keep telling yourself that sweetheart. Won't change, and thanks for the recommendation, although I don't usually take advice from the foolish
1
@markfiedler9415 Time will tell, but I'll let you into a secret pal, liking your own comments is obvious and looks crap! Wow, who would've known. Anyway, just thought I'd let you know that Zeihan has stated "the 21st century is the last century of the Han Chinese ethnicity's existence". Now latch on to that, and incorporate it into your perspective, because you seem to have done that for everything else lol
1
@Barwasser I agree, but I think you'll have trouble convincing others
1
That sums up the state of US ship building lol.
1
Peter Zeihan predicts that the Chinese ethnicity will cease to exist
1
@markfiedler9415 I've done mine, but I think it's time you did yours Mark son. And no, staring into that crystal ball of yours won't count. Alternatively, you could continue to follow Zeihan the Deluded on your path to knowledge? Either way, it's hilarious
1
@napobg6842 Because as soon as they do something in China, the US freaks out and orders Japan to stop.
1
That's right, call anything you don't agree with "Chinese propaganda". Awww must be hard for you Mark
1
@dough6759 Thanks, I like to think I'm somewhat knowledgeable
1
Lol, keep telling yourself that sweetheart 💔💔
1
Well the Pentagon is still worried about China's rise, even though they are far far far far far ahead. I believe the Pentagon, because they have data, not opinions
1
@AhmetwithaT And that money is being diverted to focus on CHINA
1
Peter zeihan fan boy??
1
Peter Zeihan said this century is the "end of the Han Chinese ethnicity" I heard that and I'm not listening to that clown again LOL BTW, I'm not sure what you meant by "leagues ahead on tech" China is investing heavily in domestic semiconductors and world leading artificial intelligence. Just read the Pentagon reports
