There are places in the world were people are dying of hunger but at the same time russia consider it more important to invade and destroy other countries and civilians. russia consider it more urgent to not surrender and retreat but to prolong the conflict to start another World War like they always try to(Russia and germany invaded poland to start WW2) . russia will fail, NATO was created to stop russia from creating more world wars. Instead of solving world hunger russia thinks that russia imperial expansionism invasions are more urgent.
