  2. India is already a hub for semiconductor research and design, they just need to figure out manufacturing and they may rule both. Step by step work on semiconductor supporting components and slowly move into chip. After that pursue nanometers.

  3. India already have semicon plants for other kind of like CMOS, mems, mesfet, CCD and etc.
