  33. Open ocean on the right and people swimming to the left. Let's go left. That's twice in the last year that a Florida pilot has decided to involve people on the ground in their crash. Hovering low to the ground or flying low and slow is dangerous for a helicopter because if you lose power you can't auto rotate very well. Either this pilot autorotated almost on top of people trying to stay close to the shore to save their own necks or they were flying in a dangerous condition over top of people. Very poor airmanship either way.
