  4. Stores have to press charges. Often they don't because that would cost more than the theft. Like how Trump doesn't pay people if suing him would cost them more.

  6. Stores should have lower prices all year instead of making us fight each other and be herded like cattle just to save a few bucks on on day/weekend of the year. IMHO "sales" should be illegal.
