  7.  @anticom6099  40 years behind the iron curtain in food lines. And that was after winning a war! Russians have always been an enslaved people. Back then it was Stalin. Today its Putin. Life is hopeless in Russia compared to the West where people have much better and more fulfilling lives. Where they are free to ridicule and question their leaders and purse their dreams unhindered. Freedom isn't something that can be explained. It's a feeling. A feeling of being in control of your life. Russians will never know it. Ukraine has had a taste of it and they are hooked.
