@NomenClature-o8s Yes there is "government housing" but the overall housing market is not controlled by the government. Don't worry. If Trump gets back in, you will all of a sudden start hearing about all the things the POTUS has no control over. 😂

@kennethloki7011 Those costs are usually built into your rent. A home is an investment you can live it. I`m too poor to throw away money on rent every month.

@barcelonachair6487 I doubt your numbers but I agree the short term rentals need to end. If they want to be in the hotel business buy a hotel!

@VulcanViewer My home would put hundreds of thousands in my bank if I sold it now. Just like my other investments. Everything is on paper until you sell. My parents home paid for their $5000 a month retirement home. Will your landlord pay for yours?
