  1. They don't need employees. Twitter like all American companies only hire people so the people will have some money and not starve. They are like giant charities. Only about 10% of employee's do anything. The rest are just hired out of the goodness of the heart. That's why it's so important to give billionaires tax cuts so they will hire even more people they don't need.
