When Janet Jacksons wardrobe had a malfunction at the Super Bowl years ago and a part of a nipple was seen for a fraction of a second the Republicans launched a congressional inquiry into it and sent the FCC on a holy war. When 20 children get slaughtered in a classroom while police wait outside they do NOTHING except hope and pray.
