@mhammer5 Depends. I wasn't there. It will come out in court if the guy used too much force. The marine didn't know this guys criminal history. The marine could have been subduing a person with no past history. That's how justice look at things. By what actually happened not by whether you think someone deserved to die or not.

Unfortunately that marine is in a lot of trouble. Because of his training he can't say he didn't know how dangerous a chokehold was. Perhaps someone with no combat training could get away with playing dumb but he won't be able to

Unfortunately because the marine had combat training they are going to say he should've known the danger he was putting that guy in by putting him in a chokehold. He won't be able to play dumb. I think he's facing some prison time
