  1. So your solution for inflation which is basically too much money chasing too few products, is to make those products even cheaper? Raising interest rates encourages people to save and discourages people from borrowing which is exactly what you need to lower demand on resources.

If Canadians were still having children like we should then it would be nativeborn Canadians you would be competing against instead of immigrants. What's the difference?   4.  @AL.BUNDY.  If Canadians were having the amount of children they should have we wouldn't have to have immigration but you would still have housing shortages it's just it would be Canadian born people buying the houses. Obviously you don't own a company because companies right now are crying out for employees. Especially ones that are willing to work and get their hands dirty

  8.  @autisticfieldmarshall1006  Well if you want money to be tied to Gold you're gonna have to save every penny of the cost of a new house before you can buy it. Because gold can't be conjured up from thin air the way money/debt can. We wouldn't have space programs, strong military, social programs healthcare etc if we were still tied to gold.
