  3.  @good2goskee  I guess if you can find cheap rent. Not here in Toronto. I would rather pay rent to myself. I can't afford to pay off someone else's mortgage.

  4.  @good2goskee  I bought in 2017. In 6 years my townhome has gone up $250 000. Not bad considering I paid $330 000 for it.
