  3. And equity. Renters are just paying off someone else's mortgage instead of their own. I have friends who have been renting for decades. They kick themselves every time they think that they would've had a house paid off by now

  9.  @Flavor_Flav  There are no houses in Russia other than shacks in rural areas. People live in apartments. Sometimes several families in one apartment with a room each and the family toilet seat hanging on the wall in the one shared washroom.😂
