  2. Buddy Floyd , The Constitution says “the House” is responsible for the impeachment process, NOT the Speaker of the House or a few members of the House. How can the will of the House (the majority) be known without a vote? That’s WHY there has always been a vote first.

  4. Patriot Spring , Again...I ask... how can the will of the House members be known without a vote? It’s not a trick question. It’s elementary logic. Even a child can understand that there needs to be a vote first.

  5. Kathleen Haidl , Who is “the House” that the Constitution is talking about? Does the “House” constitute a few members of the House of Representatives? OR is the Constitution referring to a majority of the House’s members? Go ahead....tell us all which it is.
