Insiders from the Obama administration described a typical EPA workers day as "surfing the internet all day because there is nothing to do.". The EPA has shifted the actual policing of polluters to the states. The farmers were not trading with Cuba and once NAFTA is renegotiated , the farmers should be very happy. We are buying coal from Canada to run our power plants. It makes more sense to mine our own coal than to buy it from another country. No one is making anyone work in the coal mines. I'm not sure about your country, but that isn't how our country works.
