  2. SAINT 65 , Actually, there is nothing in a Federal Employee’s contract that states they will receive a yearly raise. If there was, they could sue for breach of contract. Federal employee’s salaries have been frozen before and there have been ZERO lawsuits to date. Do you guys do ANY research, before spouting off your nonsense!? We already know you have ZERO intelligence, which may not be your fault, but at least research what you think you know...smh
