  2. Dennis Walker , No. If Congress passes it into law, it will be considered an “amnesty” deal. “IF” Congress passes it, it would be lawful and Constitutional. The reason it is illegal and Unconstitutional right now, is because Obama circumvented the Constitution and made his own law, The Executive Branch cannot pass laws. Only Congress can pass laws.

  3. This judge’s ruling is unlawful, therefore it doesn’t have to be followed. The Judicial Branch of our Government cannot force the Executive Branch to break the law, which is what this judge is trying to do.
