  2. Joseph Ramirez , The United States already issues work visas. They are here legally, as long as they don’t overstay their visa. We also have legitimate refugees. The issue is people who come here illegally, overstay their visas (work or visiting) and people who stay here after their asylum claim is denied. The United States loves our legal immigrants. Part of my family immigrated here from Mexico and they are outraged at people who come here illegally.
