IF Mueller didn’t think he could make a determination of guilt because he couldn’t indicate a sitting President, then why did he make a determination on conspiracy to collude? And the agreement with Mexico to keep asylum seekers in Mexico until their hearing, that a federal Judge said was perfectly legal, is priceless!!!
