Not complying with a legally issued subpoena IS a crime, Dershowitz!!! That is what crime Rosenstein is the guilty of. You don’t think ignoring a subpoena is a crime? Try it sometime.... I guarantee you WILL go to jail.

danielgarrison91 , Rosenstein and the DOJ were issued subpoenas for specific documents that still haven’t been sent. That is non compliance with a legally issued subpoena.... it’s a crime.

danielgarrison91 , The rest of your statement is CNN falsehoods. ZERO evidence of anything of that nature.
3
danielgarrison91 , The Russian lawyer that was meet in Trump Tower was previously barred from entering the US. The Obama justice department (Loretta Lynch) issued her a “special visa” to enter the country .... why do you think Obama did that? Educate yourself, so that you at least sound knowledgeable, Cupcake.

Miro Mato , The President can’t fire Rosenstein, while the Mueller witch hunt is active. Why do you think Mueller is dragging his feet? Rosenstein won’t be impeached, because Paul Ryan won’t bring it to the floor to be voted on, however.... when the Mueller investigation is over, this suggestion by Congress will be one of the reasons cited for firing Rosenstein. He’s as good as gone (fired man walking). It’s not a matter of “IF”, it’s a matter of “when”. He knows it and so does everyone else.

Shauna Albaugh , True

John Brattan , I don’t think they intentionally “lied”. Obviously Congress didn’t either. These people have MANY meetings everyday. It was almost a year between their meeting and Congress asking about it. The meeting was such a “nothingburger”, I really don’t think they remembered. It would be like me asking you what you had for breakfast on Jan. 8, 2017....

John Brattan , Also.... it’s not like Congress asking if the Intel community does mass spying on US Citizens and Clapper and Brenner lied and said they do not. They KNEW they were lying and they did it intentionally. I think there’s a big difference between the two incidents.
2
Miro Mato , I disagree. For instance, President Trump’s former lawyer should spend many years, if not decades, in prison “if” what he allegedly did is proven in a court of law. Name a person involved with President Trump, that you think should go to jail and we can discuss it.

moveuself , Just like judge nappy, they get it wrong sometimes. Are you trying to suggest that noncompliance with a subpoena isn’t a crime? Try not complying with a subpoena...see what happens. 😂😂😂

Walk Away , Agreed 100%.

John Brattan , Also, the FBI agents who actually interviewed Flynn stated in their report that they didn’t think Flynn was intentionally trying to deceive them. It was Comey who decided to go after him anyway.

Miro Mato , It would be political suicide to fire Rosenstein, while the Mueller witch hunt is active. Secondly, to successfully impeach someone there needs to be a 2/3 vote in favor, for removal. That’s not going to happen.

Watching TrainsgoBy , Who are you? His mommy? If he wants to discuss an issue, he should stay on one topic, instead of 3.
1
Rocky LeBlanc , Who’s going to put Rosenstein in jail? Congress can’t. Normally it would be the FBI and DOJ. You really think that’s going to happen?
1
Miro Mato , Firstly, I never said “he” would go to jail or even be impeached. You and I would go to jail, if we ignored a lawfully issued subpoena, though. Secondly, Congress created the DOJ and the FBI. It is the Congresses Constitutional responsibility to oversee their actions. Basically Congress is the boss of the DOJ and FBI and “ongoing investigation or not”, they must comply with ANY subpoena from Congress. I would love for this to go to the Supreme Court, because you and I both know, they would side with Congress on this issue. The only exception would be if the said investigation was of members of Congress, which in this case doesn’t apply.
