  2. Pete Torrez , An Adult having sex with a minor is a crime in the United States. The technical term is Statutory rape. It basically means a minor isn't capable of giving consent. It's a huge crime!

  4. Pete Torrez , Since there hasn't been a trial, we don't know much. What IS known is that He is 18 and she is 14. That is enough to say without a doubt that a crime was committed. The way you describe "her wanting it" leads me to believe that you ARE in fact in favor of Adults having sex with minors. It's concerning because you are pictured with a minor....
