Heath Wells , The Democrats are criminals and don’t even understand the rules of the House. They ignore the rules and make up their own.

C Mo , There is no rule about the appointment of Supreme Court Justices. As to your other CNN talking points, where’s the actual evidence? The only thing the Democrats have been able to come up with are opinions, speculation and feelings. Not 1 single piece of actual evidence.

john vanroy , Exactly. They are criminals. They don’t get to change the laws or rules without doing it the right way.

We are all connected , Lol. It was never a rule, moron. It was a courtesy. The Democrats were the first to break that long held tradition, however, it as never a rule or law. Some of you need to do some serious research, instead of letting CNN tell you what to think..... smh

resonantfilterblog , Learn some history, CNN zombie.

resonantfilterblog , Sigh.... • 1968: President Lyndon Johnson — who announced he would not run for re-election — nominated Associate Justice Abe Fortas as Chief Justice and Homer Thornberry to fill Fortas’ vacancy. Fortas’ nomination failed, Thornberry withdrew his nomination and Chief Justice Earl Warren remained on the bench, delaying his retirement. • 1932, President Herbert Hoover nominated Benjamin Cardozo. Hoover lost to Franklin Delano Roosevelt. • 1912: President William Taft successfully nominated Mahlon Pitney to the Supreme Court. Taft lost to Woodrow Wilson. Three other presidents made successful Supreme Court nominations while running for re-election, but unlike Taft and Hoover, they won another term: • 1956: Dwight Eisenhower made a recess appointment of William Brennan. • 1940: Franklin Delano Roosevelt nominated Frank Murphy. • 1916: Woodrow Wilson nominated John Clarke and Louis Brandeis.

resonantfilterblog , And NONE of those requirements state that a President cannot make an appointment in his last year in office. Read the Constitution, dumbass!

C Mo , The 3 or 4 videos, I have on my channel, from the testimony so far, sum up the Impeachment, to date. There is ZERO actual evidence of any wrongdoing. And yes, YOU are a CNN zombie. Lol

b k , It’s called “executive privilege “ and has been used for hundreds of years, Cupcake. The Supreme Court has even ruled in favor of “executive privilege” in the past. Learn some history.

C Mo , Where’s the actual evidence? Have you seen the testimony? It’s nothing but opinions. I have several videos of the testimony on my channel. Feel free to educate yourself, sweetheart.
