  3. Jodie Holmes , First, The investigation was started by misleading and lying to a FSIA Judge to obtain a warrant to wiretap Trump Tower. Secondly, the appointment of Mueller was in direct violation of DOJ guidelines on appointing Special Counselors. It clearly states that there must be evidence of an actual crime and there was and still is zero evidence of a crime.
