  3. PWD , Circumstantial evidence seldom hold water. Especially if there is an a proven alternative reason behind action, which there are. There is ZERO evidence in this case and no sane prosecutor would ever bring charges. The “contempt of Congress” is an absolute joke and will be thrown out immediately. Executive privilege has been used by almost every President. In fact (look it up. I did), Obama used executive privilege 140 times in just his first term to block testimony. The Democrats don’t have a case and they know it.
