With all of the falsified data, fear mongering and outright lies from the past about doom and gloom, it’s going to continue to be a controversial issue. It wasn’t really a partisan issue, until Democrats and the left made it into one. People on both sides of the issue believe and disbelieve. The left and Democrats have become so violent over the issue, people on their side are reluctant to express their true opinions about anything. When someone has to use threats and violence to get their way, they automatically discredit their own opinions on any issue.

  12. mb mb , 99% of scientists agree that the climate is changing. There is a huge question on how much is due to humans. Since there is so much money involved in the “climate change” debate, we will unfortunately never get real answers.

  16. Reuben Mcmurray , Well, airborne particles are scrubbed from the atmosphere by rain.... I honestly thought everyone was taught this in junior high..... as far as airborne gasses, some gasses mix with moisture in the air and rain out and some don’t. Land and ocean pollution is a different matter, entirely.

  18. Reuben Mcmurray , True. Some of those pollutants end up in the ocean and some change into different chemical compounds through chemical reactions. As far as trees go, most of the first world countries have strict mandates that when logging companies cut large amounts of trees down, they replant that area. However, as much as 50% of atmospheric oxygen actually comes from the ocean. There are many articles on the subject, if you’re really interested.
