If a farmer can't pay the national minimum wage, they don't need to be in business. Any business that hires Illegal immigrants should have charges filled against them. If this one farmer is telling the truth about paying $20 an hour, which I doubt very seriously, he should have no problem finding Americans to fill those jobs.
