  1. Iran was once a beautiful Christian and Jewish country called Persia! That is until 1979_80 when Islam took over. In the 1960s and 70s Persia was likened to Paris. It was a beautiful western style country.. There are photos online of Persia (now Iran) online. Islamic regimes have dragged Iran back to the 7th century.
