  3. Women should only be in the police force to support and attend situations where women need a female presence. Not to control and confront men! Fact is women haven't got the physical strength. I knew a young woman in the 80s who was going into police training straight from school here in England! She told me they required a certain height and physical fitness to be able to get in! She was always out jogging and at the gym to aquire the correct standards. And she's 5ft 7. Standards have really dropped nowadays.
