  1. I worked in many care homes over the last 20 years in Lancashire, as a self employed hairdresser! And I came across many care workers who could hardly speak any English at all and many were agency workers earning twice as much as regular staff, and were in the main very lazy with no clue whatsoever as to what they were doing. It's absolutely appalling what's happening to this country.
