  1. @robtheplod Well I gave up eating meat entirely at the age of 7 yrs old. And I'm now a very healthy 66yr old. Normal everything... Blood pressure, bone mass and no diabetes, and normal weight. Always been very active too. When my mother in law got breast cancer 35 years ago, she was told to give up red meat. I also read an article in the late 70s that said that in Japan cancer especially breast cancer is virtually unheard of..... Because they do not eat red meat or much diary if any. That speaks for itself. I'm just amazed that we in this country are only just realising all this and catching up to evidence written 40 plus years ago. 🙄

  3. I've not eaten meat since I was 7 yrs old! And I'm now a very healthy 66yr old vegan. No diabetes, normal blood pressure and normal bone density. Hardly ever seen a doctor in all these years apart from yearly mots, and routine checks that all women should attend.
