  1. There are 20mph signs and speed bumps in built up areas in my small town. But idiots still speed over the bumps at 30mph plus, even when schools are open in term times. I don't need signs and speed bumps to remind me to drive at a safe speed! I just use my common sense, something which many drivers seem not to be in possession of these days!
