  1. The only people who will be benefiting from lifting the 2 kids cap, will be immigrants! Because they are the only ones having large families in this country... 5+ children is the norm. I say if you can't afford to feed more than 2 children then don't have more. Simple! Can't expect the tax payers to pay for everything!
