@joshuaombaka3116 Where is that Agriculture Secretary Cabinet? Fired ofcourse. Whether it is to appease the masses or to save his own skin, the president has made a move never seen before in Kenyan politics. Also, there are those in government that were openly contradicting the president, he just had to look for an opportunity to kick them out and the protest was the best opportunity so far.

@eldios831 Ruto understand he will need these GenZ to win re-election 2027. Getting rid of the cabinet and getting a new one in times of crisis is a good political strategy. In Kenya, we don't go after political opponents because they will reciprocate when Ruto gets out of office. Take the small win. At least his doing something to appease the masses.

@joshuaombaka3116 I am not a Ruto supporter, but he his making smart decisions better than Moi (who was a dictator). His not weak, his stronger for accepting a compromise. You will see how people will be praising him in few months once this protest boils down.

@gingerfox7143 You know very well, this is Kenya. No president has ever resigned no matter the political pressure. Stop being naive and take the small win Ruto is giving you GenZ. Otherwise, he can still ask the military to do the necessary. And bring order in the country.

@gingerfox7143 All i am saying is at least Ruto is trying to listen to protesters. Dont make it difficult for him to govern cause he may decide to use tyrannical tactics to curb protest. Don't mistake a rained lion for a cat.
