@SiyavoshM Open your eyes buddy, the world is not as easy as you imagine it to be. Being nice doesn't cut it anymore. Leaders that don't show strength tend to be rediculed

@SiyavoshM You make good points. But there are scenarios where intimidation and other aggressive means are necessary for faster decision-making and implementation of policies. For example, all those points means nothing to entities such as the Taliban or Iran or even Russia. Being tough or showing strength are also important in leadership.

@shway1 Why is it difficult for women to be as aggressive as men? Men also do this to each other on a daily basis no matter the environment or situation and we cope so well. What you're looking for is a perfect world, and there's no perfect world in leadership. Adapt or conform, buddy.
