From an African perspective, African countries have seen more economic progress under Chinese influence than under European or USA influence......I remember the days Europeans promise loans to African countries but will take a decade to see that money, which means development was so slow. But when China came, everything is moving so fast now.

Thats why you see most Africans support China despite being an authoritarian regime. In fact, China has been more reasonable with African countries economically as compared to western governments. The difference is China always does what it says it will do and Europeans don't. Any person with common sense will take china's offer.
