  2. That's the way it is with narcissistic people they never feel like they are wrong even if you know they said something hurtfull and then say I never said that to make you feel like your going crazy. It's really not what you do it's all about them.

  3. I was called out by a friend of a friend who I've known for many years about how toxic I was being by being jealous and how I complained about everything. I was glad they said something because I never realized how negative I was being. I started a journey to thinking more positively and changing my behavior. On the other side I think the hardest part of negative toxic people is when we live with them as they're family especially if you are not legally an adult and the laws make it hard to move out. And realizing generations of abuse needs to stop with us
