  1. We should use the oversea aid budget. For each feral character we take in illegally we take £100,000 off the originator country's aid budget. Where there is no aid budget we surcharge for any goods bought or any legal citizen coming in. If there is no pay back the £100,000 is held like a student loan to be paid back out of taxes or on death. No IHT allowance for those not born here.

  5. Kent coast is 350 miles long . Nine people can cover each mile at 200 yards each. Three shifts and a few spares. About 10,000 people with back up to arrest ,deter etc. At £30,000 a year and 25 days holiday,uniforms, sentry boxes etc. Costs less than £500 million a year. Yes £1.3 million a day.
