Once again CBS 8, I don't know why you continue to give that Michael McConnell fool air time to comment on a subject he knows NOTHING about. It is irresponsible reporting. Why don't you interview this fraud, ask him what his background is and then broadcast the interview for everyone to see? To summarize, he's just a retired coin and baseball card dealer who has nothing else to do. He is only interested in stroking his ego and filling his pockets at the expense of the homeless and he never offers any realistic solutions because he has none. He is not qualified to speak on this issue. I lose respect for your station each time you interview this incompetent man.

Regarding the third sentence of your comment I can confidently say that, no, he helps no one because he does not have the knowledge, skills or training to assist any homeless person. He's a retired coin/baseball card dealer who now wants to make a name for himself. Look him up and you will see for yourself. Better yet, ask him directly and see how he reacts. His combative and evasive response will tell you everything you need to know about this poverty pimp McConnell.

You obviously have not been downtown lately. There are trash cans and bathrooms and hand washing stations within feet of these filthy tent cities and the homeless garbage people don't use any of these facilities. They are like animals.

Citizens who work hard, pay taxes/rent/mortgages are fed up and we won't put up with these disgusting animals in front of our houses if that is where they choose to move next.

Thank you! That was very well said and I fully agree with the need to vet these "advocates" who are making a living off of homeless people. These frauds could not care less about helping the homeless because they need these homeless people to justify their existence and to keep their homeless "businesses" alive. Father Joe, "Deacon" Jim Vargas, Michael McConnell and Bob McElroy are perfect examples.
