  1. This isn't militia as defined by the Constitution. this is nothing more than private mercenaries who will answer to one man. Not much different that Hilter's private security. What would stop them from becoming outlaw mercenaries who operate above the law and terrorize citizens who refuse to comply with the governors orders?
