  1. I'm so sick of the Second Amendment spoogers using it as an excuse in ways it was never intended and to justify all manner of insanity. It literally says in there "a well-regulated militia", or in other words what we would call today a national guard. It doesn't say ANYTHING in there about an individual right. Now I have no problem with responsible personal gun ownership within simple, rational, sensible restraints. But it AMAZES me how these courts can pretend that the 2A explicitly justifies an individual's totally untrammeled rights to personal ownership and the carrying of a firearm. Which it does NOT. They can claim it does because they're on the payroll of the NRA and because they have no ethics or morals, but it's SO obvious it doesn't and you don't even need to be a lawyer to see this. Just read the fucking words and it's SO obvious what the intent was and what it doesn't explicitly cover.
