Yeah it's not illegal but it's still wrong. And people having problems with Elon isn't insubordination. It's called Free Will and Free speech. You're trying to justify tyrannical behavior. Their work performance is not in question. Why should someone be forced follow unjust rules? So if your boss told you that you had to lick his balls every day and if you didn't you would be breaking his number one ball-licking rule, would you deserve to be fired over that?
