When the printingvpress was developed in Europe your Kaliph placed a ban on it. Hence The islamic world and counties like India, China, and all other countries of Asia were denied this knowledge and were deprived of printed books and thus knowledge did not spead in these countries and tgey all became backward and fell behind Europe.
