By Asian standards they are quite stocky build, and retain fat easily from carbs (rice, noodles), Japanese, South east Asians are slimmer. Not to mention the recent western diet influence of fried chicken, cheese on everything that Koreans are obsessed with.

  21. Korea has far higher infected cases and deaths compared to China percapita. U have no evidence of China fabricating numbers. Infact Korea obviously manipulated it's data, I'd gauge at least by 1/4 the current figures given how close proximity people are in tiny Korea.

South Korea has one of the worst responses to Covid control with it's small population, 390,719 cases (*obvious figure manipulation, estimate at least 30% more) while China only 98,099 with 1.4 billion population. Koreans should learn from China's effective and advanced Covid control methods. Korea is still a very backwards and underdeveloped nation.
