  1. So how was the Judge "Part Of The Defense Team"? When he cautioned the Prosecutor when he implied that Mr. Rittenhouse didn't have a 5th Amendment right to not make a statement? Or was it when he again cautioned the Prosecutor for withholding evidence from the Defense? The Judge did a FANTASTIC job and should be commended. "Let's Go Brandon"
