  8.  @writerconsidered  WOW, So California, Illinois, New York, Missouri and New Jersey are Red States. Well you learn something new every day. And BTW in 90% of Blue States the only part the Democrats do control is the Big Cities. The rural areas all vote Republican. So you can't claim the rural areas of let's say Nevada as evidence of low crime in Democratic States. The ONLY two counties the Democrats ever win in Nevada are Clark County (Las Vegas) and Washoe County (Reno). The rest of Nevada is DARK RED. Without major cities, the Democrats would win VERY few states.
